OPERATION
Based on the signal from the engine coolant temperature sensor and the signal from the vehicle speed sensor <M/T> or the secondary pulley speed sensor signal (vehicle speed signal) <CVT> from the CVT-ECU, and the A/C switch signal from the A/C-ECU, the engine-ECU sends the radiator fan and condenser fan control signal to the ETACS-ECU via CAN bus line.
Based on the radiator fan and condenser fan control signal from the engine-ECU, the ETACS-ECU turns ON/OFF the radiator fan relay, condenser fan relay, and the fan control relay to control the rotation of the radiator fan motor and condenser fan motor.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
If the radiator fan and condenser fan do not operate, the radiator fan motor, the condenser fan motor, the radiator fan relay, the condenser fan relay, the fan control relay, the ETACS-ECU may be defective.
The CAN bus line, ETACS-ECU, CVT system, A/C system, or MPI system may also be defective.

Malfunction of the MPI system.

COOLING FAN RELAY REPLACEMENT

1. Caution: Basically, remove or install the relay by hand. If the centre of relay has been pinched by pliers, it can be damaged.
Remove the relay by hand. If it cannot be removed by hand, pinch the part A shown with long-nose pliers and remove the relay.
2. Install the new relay by hand.

COOLING FAN MOTOR CHECK


1. Disconnect the fan motor connector.

2. Check that the fan motor runs when a positive battery terminal is connected to the fan motor-side connector terminal No.1, and terminal No.2 is earthed. Also check to see that there is no abnormal sound emitted from the fan motor at this time.

Всем привет! После замены водяного насоса обнаружился чек на приборной панели и после осмотра всего- всего, диагностика выдала ошибку P0125 (низкая температура охлаждающей жидкости в круге управления, или как то так,я не очень разбираюсь). Сломанный датчик я нашла, но идентифицировать его не могу. Может кто поможет? Задняя стенка, наверху слева он втыкается и трубочкой уходит по левой стене вперед. Постаралась сфотографировать, на столько на сколько это возможно. Заранее спасибо ;)

судя по фото отломили разъем от фазовращателя выпускного распредвала.

P0125 и отломленный разъем никак не связаны.
P0125 - будет повышенный расход
по отломленному разъему все равно должно вылезти ошибка - возможно ошибок несколько и вам сказали лишь одну, или все же посмотрели не правильно. сейчас не работает фазорегулятор, изза этого "неполная мощность" (на повешенных оборотах) и чуть увеличен расход
что так что так не страшно.

OPERATION
- A power voltage of 5V is applied to the engine coolant temperature sensor output terminal (terminal No. 1) from the engine-ECU (terminal No. 26).
- The power voltage is earthed to the engine-ECU (terminal No. 27) from the engine coolant temperature sensor (terminal No. 2).

FUNCTION
- The engine coolant temperature sensor converts the engine coolant temperature into a voltage signal, and inputs the voltage to the engine-ECU.
- In response to the signal, the engine-ECU controls the fuel infection amount and the fast idle speed when the engine is cold state.
- The engine coolant temperature sensor is a kind of resistor, which has characteristics to reduce its resistance as the engine coolant temperature rises. Therefore, the sensor output voltage varies with the engine coolant temperature, and becomes lower as the engine coolant temperature rises.

TROUBLE JUDGMENT
Check Condition
- While engine is running.

Judgement Criteria
- Engine coolant temperature decreases from more than 40 °C to less than 40 °C.
- Then the engine coolant temperature is less than 40 °C for 5 minutes.

PROBABLE CAUSES
- Failed engine coolant temperature sensor
- Open/short circuit or harness damage in engine coolant temperature sensor circuit or loose connector contact
- Failed engine-ECU



P0125 Недостаточная температура охлаждающей жидкости в замкнутом контуре для управления топливоподачей
Причины:
- Сбой в работе датчика температуры охлаждающей жидкости двигателя
- Обрыв / короткое замыкание или повреждение жгута проводов в цепи датчика температуры охлаждающей жидкости двигателя или свободный контакт разъема
- Неисправен электронный блок управления двигателем

Дошли руки устранить поломку, но знатоков вокруг мало :(
